Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 16, you must review these Terms with a parent or guardian, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

1. Access to the Site

1.1 Internet Access

You are responsible for maintaining your Device’s internet access and any associated fees. We are not responsible for issues with your Device.

1.2 Availability

Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily for system failures, maintenance, or other reasons beyond our control.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

2.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal use. All other rights are reserved.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or hack the Site.
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Harvest data or interfere with other users.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your access.

3. Payments, Packages, and Refunds

3.1 Payments

Services are payable in full before they are rendered. Monthly packages renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the subscription period. You agree that with your authorization, we may charge your credit card or other chosen payment method the amount of your selected service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. For Monthly membership packages, you will be automatically charged each month for the ongoing package until the full payment of the service is received.
We use third-party payment service providers and lending institutions in lieu of directly processing your credit card or other payment information. By submitting your credit card to us, or bank account information to your lending institution, you grant Clarity Tattoo Removal the right to store and process your information with such third-parties. You agree that Clarity Tattoo Removal will not be responsible for any failures of such third-parties to adequately protect your information.

3.2 Refunds

All sales are non-refundable except in cases where our medical director determines that you are no longer an appropriate candidate for treatment. Refunds will exclude a $150 administrative fee. Except in accordance with the above conditions and applicable state law, all fees and Services are non-refundable. All other refund requests must be reviewed and should be submitted in writing.

4. Products

Products purchased from Clarity are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders violating these Terms.

5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

We may charge a $50 fee for habitual no-shows or late cancellations.

6. Results

Clarity Tattoo Removal is committed to providing the very best treatments. We can not guarantee a particular result. Everyone is different and everyone’s results may vary. Before and After photos are a representation of a particular result for an individual. Results from laser tattoo removal may vary. Payments are for services rendered, not specific results.

7. User Content

You agree that any content you upload will not violate laws or infringe others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy (located here), which explains how your information is collected and used.

9. Communications

By agreeing to these Terms or using the Site, you agree to receive operational and promotional communications from us, including via email, text message (to extent permitted by applicable law), and calls. Communications may include reminders for appointments and inquiry responses.
You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

10. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site belong to Clarity or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email.
