Who Qualifies?
Our program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Cancer Survivors – Individuals looking to remove radiation marker tattoos used during cancer treatment.
- Former Gang Members – Those who have left gang life behind and seek removal of gang-related tattoos.
- Individuals with Hate/Racist/Anti-Social Tattoos – Anyone wishing to erase symbols of hate and embrace a message of unity and personal growth.
- Formerly Incarcerated Individuals – People reentering the workforce who want to remove tattoos that may hinder employment opportunities.
- Victims of Sex Trafficking – Survivors seeking to remove tattoos that were forcibly given as a mark of exploitation or control and are publicly recognizable as such.
How We Determine Eligibility
Path to Clarity is designed to support individuals seeking removal of tattoos that are widely recognized by the public as symbols of gang involvement, hate, trafficking, incarceration, or exploitation — particularly when those markings create ongoing safety, employment, or reintegration barriers.
We understand that some tattoos may hold deep personal or emotional trauma without being publicly identifiable. While these may not qualify for full sponsorship under Path to Clarity, we are committed to offering compassionate alternatives, including significantly reduced treatment options when possible.
How It Works
- Application Process – Interested individuals must complete a short application to determine eligibility.
- Consultation – Eligible applicants will receive a free consultation with our expert technicians to discuss the process and treatment plan.
- Treatment Sessions – Approved participants may receive complimentary laser tattoo removal treatments, with the number of sessions varying based on the size, color, and location of the tattoo.
